What is the strangest job that you’ve ever had?

Amy Brown

I've never really had a strange job. My first job was washing dishes at Cooks Lobster House.

If you could switch jobs with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

I would own my own business making crafts while making lots of money doing it. I love being creative and find that time passes by so quickly when I am in my creative space.

If you had some free time, how would you spend it? OR How do you spend your free time?
When I have free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy doing crafts such as scrapbooking and paper crafting. In addition, I love the beach and being on the water. I was born in Harpswell and spent most of my summers at the beach or on the water.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do with the money?

I would plan a tropical vacation to take all of my family on including my extended family. I would book many excursions and spend lots of time with each of them.

What does a typical day at MAMS look like for you?

I teach 5 different classes with 2 of them being 6th grade math, 2 being 6th grade science, and 1 being a target time class. I am on a two person team and work very closely with my partner teacher.

What do you love about middle school?
I love how every day is different and poses different challenges. I never get bored. I love how middle school students have such amazing stories to share.
