Recap is a FREE online tool that allows teachers to collect responses to questions from their students in video, audio-only, or typed text. By using Recap, teachers can quickly check a student's level of understanding of instruction. Recap isn't only a great tool for starting a dialogue, collecting formative assessment data, finding out what students are curious about, but is is also great for students to use to reflect on their learning. By facilitating regular video self-reflection through Recap, teachers can support more authentic learning and self-assessment among their students.
