Technology Support
Technology support services are provided in a joint effort between technology support, technology integration, and the learning commons.

Micah Brown is the the Technology Support Leader for the Middle School. He has over a decade of Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience and is a Certified Apple Support Technician. On occasion, some MacBook repairs may occur onsite.

Karen Silverman is the Library Media Specialist for the Middle School with many years of experience behind her. 

Candice Wright and Joyce Rogers are Ed Techs in the Learning Commons with the knowledge to help troubleshoot many common issues on the MacBooks and Chromebooks.

Should an issue arise that requires immediate attention, please bring the device to the Learning Commons to be looked at. A determination of next steps will be done during the initial learning commons visit.

 

Web Help Desk

Web Help Desk is our help desk software used for reporting and tracking issues from toner requests to laptop and desktop computer issues. The fastest way to enter a help desk ticket is to send an email to: helpdesk@link75.org

You can also log in to the Web Help Desk site by visiting:

Logging into the site will allow you to more accurately describe your issue, select from a list of known issues, and will help route your issue to the appropriate person.
