The 2019 Summer Theater Project camps are now open for registration!


Interact Club is meeting today after school in Ms. Emerson's room. New members always welcome!

Today's sectionals are 7th grade saxes/horn during block A, 7th grade trumpets during block B, and 8th grade beginners during block D. There will be no a cappella today. There is a District 3 Honors Band rehearsal after school today in the band room.

8th grade students who are going to the wind challenge need to return their permission slips to Mrs. Bickford by tomorrow, Thursday, March 14th.

Miss Donna's Pet Care Package! Please join MAMS Student Council in honoring Miss Donna's memory. To participate, please bring in an item to donate to the Midcoast Humane Society to your team area from March 11-22. Please help us remember Miss Donna by helping the pets. See flyer below for ways to donate.

Pi Day Social March 14, 2019 from 2:45-5 pm
Come enjoy some pizza pie on Pi day with your friends. Music, games and PIE in the cafeteria! 
$5 admission includes one piece of pi, yum, pie 
(sorry, Eagle bucks will not work for this event).
Proceeds benefit the Math Team to cover expenses to compete in events, pay for admission, travel costs, etc. 

Dear MAMS students: MAMS voting is now open for the 2019 Maine Student Book Award. If you have read 3 books on the 2018-2019 MSBA list, then you are eligible to vote!

ign ups for will start on Monday, March 18th and will run through Wednesday, March 20th. Sign up sheets and Parent Consent Forms will be on table outside cafeteria during all lunches. Tryouts will start the week of April 1st. Schedule will be posted on Weds. March 20th.

Do you love Maine Student Book Awards and competition? If so, please sign up to compete in the first ever MSAD 75/MSBA Battle of the Books Tournament! The tournament is open to all MAMS students. The Tournament will take place in the Learning Commons on Thursday, March 28 at 9:30 AM. MAMS teams will be competing with teams from Bowdoin Central School and Bowdoinham Community School. Stop by the Learning Commons, the main office, or look on the news page on the MAMS website for a MSBA Tournament Permission Form and a team signup form.

"CAN” We Make a Difference?"

The Interact Club is hosting a food drive and we hope you will participate! The members of Interact have come up with a fun and exiting plan to donate canned goods, in a competitive way. Starting on Monday, March 4th, we are challenging each Team at MAMS to collect canned goods. The team with the most donations will win a pizza party, provided by the Rotary Club of Brunswick. The cans that we collect will be used to make a fun and unique sculpture. After the sculpture is created we will donate the cans to the Midcoast Hunger Prevention program.

Heart and Sole/Girls on the Run Starts Monday, March 18th. It will be on Monday and Wednesday from 2:30 to 4:00. Your homeroom teachers have information if you're interested! If you have any other questions please see Mrs. Karod!
